• No Data Storage: We do not store your location or photo data on our servers

The App uses location data for the following purposes:

• Retrieving and displaying nearby spot information
• Generating AI-powered location descriptions
• Displaying your current location on the map

You can change location permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Photo Data Usage

The "Today's Photos" feature reads photos with location data:

• Uses photo location and timestamp to analyze your daily activities
• Photo data is processed only on your device and is not sent externally
• You can change photo library access permissions at any time in iOS Settings

5. Advertisements

The App allows you to watch advertisements to earn additional uses. Third-party advertising networks may be used for ad delivery, and advertising partners process data according to their own privacy policies.

6. In-App Purchases

Premium membership subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for the following purposes:

• Map data display (Apple Maps)
• Retrieving nearby spot information

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
