Choose from 10 drink types: Water, Tea, Coffee, Juice, Milk, Soda, Sports Drink, Alcohol, Smoothie, or Other.

Log the Amount

Use quick presets — Cup (200ml) or Bottle (500ml) — or enter a custom amount.

Check on Calendar

View your daily hydration levels on the color-coded heatmap calendar.

Analyze Your Patterns

Review 7, 30, or 90-day statistics. Track goal achievement and identify trends.

Q: How do I edit or delete a record?

A: Tap on a date in the calendar to see your records for that day. From there, you can edit or delete any entry.

Q: How do I change my daily goal?

A: Go to Settings and select "Daily Goal" to set your preferred target amount. The default is 2000ml.

Q: How do I add a widget?

A: Long press on your home screen to enter edit mode, then tap the "+" button. Search for "MyDailyWater" and add the widget. Small and Medium sizes are available.

Q: How do streaks work?

A: Log at least one drink per day to keep your streak going. Earn achievement badges at 7, 30, and 100+ day milestones.

Q: How do I change the statistics period?

A: On the statistics screen, you can switch between 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days at the top of the screen.

Q: Is my data backed up?

A: Data is stored on your device. When you back up your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes, your app data is included in the backup.

Q: Is my privacy protected?

A: Yes! All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded to external servers.
