A: Tap on any date in your record list to edit it. You can update the weight, body fat percentage, or memo. To delete, look for the delete option within the edit screen.
A: Yes! Tap on the goal section at the top of the main screen to update your target weight at any time.
A: Go to Settings and select from 8 beautiful colors: Pink, Coral, Lavender, Mint, Peach, Sky Blue, Rose, or Lilac.
A: Yes! In Settings, choose "Photo" as your background style and select an image from your photo library. You can also adjust the opacity.
A: Your data is stored locally on your device. If you back up your iPhone via iCloud or iTunes, your app data will be included in the backup.
A: The arrows show the change from your previous entry. An up arrow means your weight increased, and a down arrow means it decreased since your last record.
A: Absolutely! All your data is stored only on your device. We never upload your weight, body fat, or any personal information to any server.
