Q: How do I edit or delete a record?

A: Tap on a recorded date in the calendar to view the record details. From there, you can edit or delete the entry.

Q: How do I set my PMS period?

A: You can set your PMS period from the calendar screen. Calculate backwards from your expected period date to set when your PMS typically begins.

Q: How do I change the accent color?

A: Open Settings and choose from 8 colors: Purple, Pink, Indigo, Teal, Orange, Blue, Red, and Green.

Q: Can I set a photo as the background?

A: Yes! In Settings, select "Photo" as your background style and choose an image from your photo library.

Q: Is my data backed up?

A: Data is stored on your device. When you back up your iPhone with iCloud or iTunes, your app data is included in the backup.

Q: How are AI comments generated?

A: AI comments are generated from pre-prepared templates within the app. Your data is never sent to external services.

Q: How do I change the language?

A: The app follows your iPhone's language settings. Go to Settings → General → Language & Region on your iPhone. The app supports 11 languages.
